Effective 21 August 2026. Site: notqvpn.online. Operator: NOTQQQQQ.
1. Acceptance
This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding contract between you and the operator of notqvpn.online, acting under the name NOTQQQQQ (the “Operator”). It covers the website, the temporary inbox, the public journal, Telegram login, the personal cabinet, and related interfaces.
By opening the site, requesting a temporary address, signing in with Telegram, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read the Agreement and accept it. If you do not agree, stop using the service immediately.
You must have legal capacity. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the consent of a parent or guardian, and only where that is lawful.
2. What the service is
notqvpn.online is a personal platform. It is not a bank, not a licensed telecom operator, and not a guaranteed archive. Features may change, pause, or be removed without notice.
Public parts of the site: the homepage with a temporary inbox; the journal of published posts; this Agreement at /terms (also /agreement); public post pages at /post/…; links to NotqVPN in Telegram.
After Telegram login you may open /account: your Telegram profile and, if a VPN client is already linked to your Telegram ID, subscription status (traffic, expiry). Internal operator tools (corporate mail, servers, CMS, /admin/…) are not a public service and are not offered to ordinary users.
3. Temporary inbox
The site can issue a disposable address on the domain notqvpn.online (for example void-…@notqvpn.online). The address lives about 30 minutes from the moment it is issued. When the timer ends, access to that inbox for your session is dropped.
“New address” creates another address and wipes the current session inbox. Refresh only reloads mail for the address you already have. Mail is shown only for the address of the current session; you cannot open another visitor’s messages.
The inbox is a convenience tool, not a confidential channel. Do not use it for passwords, bank data, medical or other sensitive information. The Operator does not guarantee delivery, completeness, order, or that a message will remain available. Incoming mail may contain phishing, malware, or tracking; you open it at your own risk.
Addresses are generated automatically and may later be reused. Do not treat a disposable address as a permanent identity. The Operator may rate-limit, filter, or refuse mail (spam, abuse, size, policy of the mail server).
4. Telegram login and account
Login uses Telegram Login. Telegram may pass your Telegram ID, username, first name, and photo. That data is stored in a session cookie on your device (typically up to 7 days) so the site can keep you signed in. Logout clears the session.
The account page can show VPN client status if your Telegram ID is already linked on the Operator’s VPN panel. The site does not create a VPN account by itself. Availability of that status depends on the panel and the network; errors or empty data are possible.
You must not try to access another person’s account, the admin panel, corporate mail, or API methods that are not meant for you. Attempts to bypass access controls are a breach of this Agreement.
5. VPN and NotqVPN
VPN access, tariffs, payment, and support are arranged through Telegram NotqVPN and related Operator channels, not as an automatic purchase on this website. This site may only display status of an existing client.
VPN is provided “as is”: no guarantee of speed, uptime, a particular IP, unblocking of every site, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use the VPN and for complying with the law of the country you are in and of the destination services.
The Operator may suspend a client for abuse, spam, attacks, sharing of access, or a legal request. Paid periods, refunds, and replacements are handled in Telegram support, not by this Agreement as a payment contract.
6. Journal and site materials
Posts, texts, images, design, logo, and code of notqvpn.online belong to the Operator or to other right holders. You may view them on the site. Copying, parsing, publishing, training models on them, or commercial use without written permission is not allowed, except for brief quotation with a link to notqvpn.online.
Images and pages may be cached by your browser. Replacing a file on the server does not always update what you see until you refresh the cache. Files under /uploads/ are published materials of the journal, not a personal file locker.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully. It is forbidden to: send or receive mail for fraud, phishing, spam, or sale of illegal goods; distribute malware or stolen data; attack the site, mail, VPN, or other users; scrape the API; attempt to read someone else’s inbox; use disposable addresses to bypass bans of third-party services in violation of their rules where that is unlawful; upload or request child sexual abuse material; threaten, defame, or harass.
The Operator may delete data, block addresses, cut off sessions, and report facts to competent authorities if there is reason to believe the law was broken. You compensate the Operator for losses caused by your breach (including complaints from mail providers and hosting).
8. Privacy and cookies
The site uses an HttpOnly session cookie (notqqqqq_session) for the temporary inbox and, after login, for the Telegram session. The language choice may be stored in localStorage of your browser. No advertising trackers are built into the public pages on purpose; third-party scripts (Telegram widget and similar) may set their own cookies according to their policies.
Technical logs (IP, time, request) may be kept on the server and reverse proxy for security and debugging, for a limited time. Temporary mail is not archived as a personal dossier: after the session ends, your access is gone. The Operator does not sell your data. Telegram, hosting, and the VPN panel process data under their own rules; the Operator is not responsible for those third parties.
To delete a Telegram session, use Logout. To discuss other deletion requests, write to the contact email below. Some technical logs cannot be erased instantly because of backups and legal retention.
Processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Operator does not warrant uninterrupted work, absence of errors, or that mail, VPN, or the journal will be available at any given moment. Maintenance, blocks by providers, TLS, DNS, and third-party APIs may interrupt the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for: lost mail or accounts on third-party sites; damages from phishing opened in the temporary inbox; VPN downtime; your lost profits; actions of other users. If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the lesser of amounts you paid the Operator through this website in the 12 months before the claim (usually zero) and 1 000 (one thousand) rubles, unless a mandatory rule of law says otherwise.
Links and images inside incoming mail lead to third-party resources. The Operator does not control them and is not responsible for their content.
If you use the site, the temporary inbox, the VPN, or related tools for acts that are prohibited by the law of any country, you act solely in your own name. The Operator is not responsible for what you did, for the consequences of those acts, or for claims by third parties or public authorities arising from your conduct. Full personal liability for such acts rests with you.
10. Changes and termination
The Operator may update this Agreement. The new version is published at /terms and applies from the date stated at the top. Continued use of the site after publication means you accept the new version. The Operator may restrict or stop the service in whole or in part without explaining the reasons to a particular user, except where the law requires otherwise.
You may stop using the service at any time: close the site, log out, stop paying for VPN in the Telegram channel. Unused paid VPN time is discussed only with support, not through this page.
11. Contacts
Official contact for this Agreement, complaints, and data questions is email. Write in Russian or English. For VPN issues use Telegram NotqVPN.
